• How do I get to Termas de San Joaquín?

  If you are driving from Monterrey, you have two options:

  The first and best is by Avenida Lincoln up to Villa de García, and from there the road to Icamole. Termas de San Joaquín is only 20 kms. away.

  The other one is the freeway to Saltillo, turn at the Villa de García crossroads, then take the road to Icamole. Termas de San Joaquín is only 20 kms away.

  If you are in Saltillo, take road 57 to Monclova up to the Paredón crossroads. Termas de San Joaquín is only 10 minutes away.

• How long does it take to reach Termas de San Joaquín?

  From Monterrey as well as from Saltillo, it should take you around one hour and 20 minutes.

• Do you have any advise to enjoy the hot springs better?

  Yes, quite simple and clear:

  Stay in the water for 15-minutes at a time.

• When are the hot springs open?

  From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week.

• Are children allowed in the hot springs?

  Only if they are 12 or older. We recommend the fresh water swimming pool for the younger ones.

• What do the public swimming facilities include?

  Sulfurous water from the hot springs and an entertainment enclosure with games and movies for children.

• Are there any outdoor grills available?

  Not in the hotel grounds, but "La Flor de Pitaya" serves grilled meat.

• Where can I eat and drink?

  We have "La Flor de Pitaya" and "Terraza del Horno" restaurants, the Tortugario Snack Bar, and the Pancho Villa Bar.

• What recreation activities are available at the hotel?

  None of the mobile phone companies have reach. The hotel has a regular line.

• Do you honor credit cards?

  You can pay with a credit card or a pre-paid card available with our sales reps.

• How close is the nearest gas station?
